Business Support is responsible for the management of the
front office at
Connections. Two roles
include: reception and office manager.
Reception answers and directs incoming calls; they welcome and guide
visitors upon arrival to the Clubhouse and they schedule tours of the Clubhouse.
The Office Manager performs bookkeeping duties, sells meal cards, provides bus
tickets and taxi chits and signs out keys to the various
units.
