The Chat-Line is a peer support line for members who may feel down, lonely, need support or just want to talk.  Chat-Line members receive training in communication skills.  Members work as a team with each other, Connections staff, and Mobile Crisis Intervention Services.  All Chat-Line members working sign a confidentiality agreement.  The Chat-Line is not a crisis hotline — should a caller need this service, they will be referred immediately to Mobile Crisis.
