How to Reach Us

           Employment Services

Employment Services assists members to enter or reenter the work force by developing employment opportunities and facilitating positive work experiences for both employees and employers.  Members are supported to achieve their goals, through employment counseling, job development, training, individual support, and peer support.

Transitional Employment: part-time, entry-level positions are “owned” by Connections to guarantee employers that the job will be done; members receive ongoing training and support.

Supported Employment: permanent part-time positions that belong to the members, along with ongoing support, problem-solving, or regular contact with Employment Support.

Independent Employment: jobs obtained by members in the community; Employment Services provide guidance on job search process, resumé writing, interview preparation, and access to technical

resources (e.g., computers, tax).
